Emara Streich has spent much of her life exploring Georgian Bay, visiting her family cottage in Carling as often as possible.  She loves all seasons, but is particularly fond of summer days spent on the water, paddling within the 30,000 Islands.  She is a Paddle Canada certified Basic Sea Kayak Instructor, and completed the Level 2 Skills course last year. Her passion for outdoor adventure led her to Fanshawe College a few years ago, where she completed the Adventure Expeditions and Interpretive Leadership program. Through this she earned various certifications including the Wilderness First Responder, Ice Water Rescue, and more! Since then, she has spent the last couple years working with local businesses and partners promoting ecotourism in the Georgian Bay Biosphere
